First, squeeze the bulb portion of the aspirator, then place the end gently against baby's nostril and release the pressure on the bulb. Clear any matter from the tip after each suction. The ear syringe extension attaches easily to the aspirator bulb. Simply remove the nasal tip and replace with the extension and flexible ear syringe tip.
